Assistant Sales Manager

Salary: RM 2,500.00 – RM 3,500.00

Job Description:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  • Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in logistic company
  • Proficiency English / Chinese / Malay
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques in logistic company
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Sales Manager

Salary: RM 3,500.00 – RM 5,000.00

Job Description:

  • Responsibilities Develop New Customers and Key Accounts Generate new business opportunities & Maintain existing Customers
  • Develops sales plan strategy /activities to achieve target budgets.
  • Responsible for conducting high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers.
  • Establish and present customized offers to customers
  • Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to the corporate sales policy and procedures
  • Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customer and enforce previously agreed payment terms
  • Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
  • Manage day-to-day daily sales reporting and prioritize on customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via social media, email, and phone.
  • Work closely with marketing, merchant and logistic team closely to rectify, improve customer service guidelines.
  • Plan and maintain a schedule to visit or call our key customers regularly

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher /Graduate Diploma Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional degree, Master’ Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration/ management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Project management skills (excellent)
  • Software skills (excellent in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel & Outlook)
  • Independent and ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial flexible attitude.
  • Customer management experience
  • Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long term relationship
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in courier/logistic industry sales. – 3 years of experience in sales with a solid understanding of a successful business and key account management practices (warehousing-3PL, haulage, freight forwarding covering land, ocean & air freight and Fulfilments)
  • Self-starter with proven business growth and results driven mindset and behaviours
  • Superior interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Build strong customer relationship skills
  • Highly organized, excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational planning skills
  • Good computer literacy
